    ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
    Effective Date: June 12, 2022

    Commitment to Accessibility:

Ashton’s Parlor is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide equal access to our website, products, and services and to deliver an inclusive and user-friendly experience.

We aim, where reasonably feasible, to align our website with recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are widely accepted benchmarks for web accessibility.

We recognize that the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to businesses open to the public and requires that goods and services—including those offered online—be accessible to individuals with disabilities.

    Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

We are actively working to improve accessibility and usability by:

Conducting periodic accessibility reviews and updates
Implementing design and functionality improvements intended to enhance usability
Working toward compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers
Supporting keyboard navigation where reasonably practicable
Monitoring our website for accessibility barriers and prioritizing remediation efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to evaluate and improve our digital experience.

    Accessibility Standards and Limitations

While we strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, not all areas of our website may be fully accessible at all times. Accessibility may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

Third-party integrations, plugins, or embedded content
User-specific technology, browser, or device limitations
Rapid updates or changes to website content

WCAG standards improve accessibility for many users but may not address every possible disability or user need.

We are committed to addressing accessibility issues within our reasonable control.

    Third-Party Content

Some content or functionality on our website may be provided by third-party vendors. We do not control these providers and cannot guarantee their compliance with accessibility standards. However, we encourage accessibility best practices and will make reasonable efforts to address issues when identified.
